Frequently asked questions
Chi Nei Tsang & Karsai Nei Tsang FAQs
What is Chi nei tsang (Abdominal Detox Massage)
Chi Nei Tsang is a deep type of abdominal massage that can assist in the detoxifying process. This massage works with manipulation of your visceral organs to increase circulation going to the precious organs in the abdomen to create new cells, flush toxins and even negative emotions that have been repressed in the body.
Why Should I Have Chi Nei Tang before receiving Karsai Nei Tsang treatments?
Chi Nei Tsang addresses external visceral organ work on the areas of the abdomen, uterus and ovaries but Karsai Nei Tsang further focuses specifically on the blockages of the reproductive system and the genitals, especially the blockages that take the form of sedimentation in the veins. It could involve external work in the pelvic and groin region, including lymphatic glands or it could include internal work if required.
What is Karsai Nei Tsang?
Karsai Nei Tsang is an adjunct treatment to Chi Nei Tsang and is an option for those who need further work in the pelvic area. We go deeper into the out elements if the lymph system, groin and hip flexors. It is a technical and deeply healing form of massage. It is always preceded by a complete CNT abdominal treatment and is only offered after several CNT sessions have been completed to clear blockages that could be related to physical health dysfunctions.
How does Karsai Work?
Karsai Nei Tsang releases the blockages and sedimentation in the veins that cause poor blood flow and circulation. Good circulation assists the release of hormones, and a healthy balance of hormones will not only increase sexual vitality, but also brain and mental function. KNT is very helpful in preventing other reproductive health problems such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, blocked or tangled Fallopian tubes, low fertility, low libido, and irregular, painful or no menstruation, memory loss, back pain, poor circulation and problems associated with menopause.

We also invite you to wear your own undergarments if that is your preference. For any special requests or requirements, please speak to your assigned therapist. All work is performed hygienically with surgical gloves.
What should I expect during KNT Treatment?
Karsai Nei Tsang is not intended as a sexual massage, does not focus on achieving sexual arousal, and is a purely therapeutic treatment of the tissues, muscles and organs. The genital organs are typically neglected from our body-work therapies and can store long held energetic blocks and deeply guarded emotions. KNT is not necessarily a yoni or tantric massage in that it is a strictly therapeutic treatment, always preceded by 2-3 prior deep abdominal CNT sessions,

Karsai Nei Tsang is therapeutic and technical, with a specific method and sequence that will be followed each time. While Karsai is referred to as a massage, most of its points are executed like acupressure, and is focused on releasing tension, and draining lymph to achieve healthy function. Whereas Tantric Massage might be completely different each time, can include the entire body, and is focused toward building and experiencing pleasure. Both are transformative in their own ways.
Might I get aroused during a Karsai Nei Tsang Session?
It is completely natural to experience feelings of arousal when the genitals are stimulated, however it is not a given. It depends on many things, for example, some of the points might be quite tender or emotions may arise that override arousal. BOTOX®/DYSPORT®/XEOMIN®
WHAT IS A NEUROTOXIN?
Neurotoxins are injectable solutions that temporarily affect nerve receptors in the muscle, which helps prevent lines and wrinkles form forming. Different brand names of this product include Botox, Dysport and Xeomin. Each brand has a slightly different formulation of bacterium: Clostridium Botulinum or Botulinum Toxin A and different FDA approved treatment areas. Neurotoxin treatments are an established and trusted solution for the lines and wrinkles that give you the appearance of aging.
HOW DO NEUROTOXINS WORK?
The treatment targets one of the underlying causes of specific wrinkles - the repeated muscle contractions from frowning, squinting, smiling and raising the eyebrows over the years. It works by blocking the nerve signals that tell your muscles to contract during facial expressions. When the muscle contraction is blocked, the skin is less likely to form fine lines and wrinkles.

This is a technique-sensitive treatment. Our providers are licensed, trained medical experts in facial anatomy. They know how to deliver subtle results - you'll look like yourself-only with less noticeable lines. No one should be able to tell you've had anything done.
DO MEN RECEIVE TREATMENTS LIKE BOTOX?
Yes. According to Allergan, the number of men receiving cosmetic treatments overall has risen by 325% over the last 20 years and over one million have received botulinum toxin treatments in the past 3 years.
IS IT PAINFUL?
Some patients report that being injected feels like a pinch. Your medical provider may use ice to numb the treatment area. If you are concerned about discomfort, your Medical provider can instead apply a topical numbing cream before administering your treatment.
IS IT SAFE?
Yes. Both Botox and Dysport have been available for over 20 years and has been used to treat not only wrinkles but also many diseases.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS AND HOW LONG WILL THEY LAST?
Results can vary based on a variety of factors. Typically, the treated muscles will relax in 2-6 days with the full results of the treatment seen within roughly 2 weeks. The length of results also can vary greatly from patient-to-patient, but a rough guide is approximately 3 months.
IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME AFTER TREATMENT?

HOW DO DERMAL FILLERS WORK?
A small needle is employed to inject the dermal filler into the desired location. A trained Medical Practitioner will decide into which layer of the skin the filler will be injected. The gel will then absorb surrounding fluids and expand. The expansion is immediate and will resolve wrinkles and folds above it. Expansion rates depend on the specific filler, and this influences how quickly results will be seen.
HOW LONG DO DERMAL FILLERS LAST?
It can vary based on the type of filler used and area of face injected - e.g. lips can last less time due to the constant movement of that area. Typically it will be nine to eighteen months before requiring another injection.

Many filler injections contain the local anesthetic lidocaine to help lessen discomfort during injection. For most patients, the discomfort is minimal. However, if desired, it is also possible to further reduce discomfort with a numbing cream.
WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF FILLER TREATMENTS?
The most common side effects are minor local discomfort, bruising, redness and swelling. These effects are temporary and typically last 1-2 weeks.
DOES IT LOOK NATURAL?

SCULPTRA® AESTHETIC
WHAT IS SCULPTRA® AESTHETIC?
Sculptra is made of Poly-L-Lactic Acid, a powerful collagen stimulator that rebuilds fullness, tone and texture for a more natural, youthful appearance that's all you. Over time, the Poly-L- Lactic Acid dissipates as your own tissue takes its place. Collagen is like the glue that holds everything in place. When your body starts to slow down its own production of collagen, skin can start to sag and wrinkle. Sculptra stimulates your body's natural production of collagen to restore facial volume and structure.
DOES SCULPTRA FILL IN LINES?
No, SCULPTRA is a bio-activator that stimulates your skin's own natural collagen production of collagen to rebuild fullness, tone and texture over time - it's all you.
WHAT AREAS DOES SCULPTRA TREAT?
Sculptra can treat most areas of the face. Common areas include nasolabial folds ("smile lines"), jowl areas, sunken cheeks, hollowing temple area and more. Your Medical Practitioner can provide a more detailed assessment of your skin and where Sculptra could benefit you.
AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE?
If you are looking to restore your own lost collagen and volume or simply add more fullness naturally, you may be a good candidate for Sculptra. The main contraindications for Sculptra include allergies to ingredients in Sculptra, infections or inflammations near the areas to be treated. Our Medical Providers can do a full assessment of your skin along with your personal goals to determine if Sculptra is right for you.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
Sculptra targets the restoration of collagen gradually, so results are not immediately apparent, and tend to emerge subtly, often over weeks to months.
HOW LONG DO TREATMENT RESULTS LAST?
Treatment results will differ for each person. In a clinical study, the treatment results lasted for up to 2 years after the first treatment session in most patients. Touch-up treatments may be needed to maintain the desired effects.
WHAT IS THE ACTUAL TREATMENT EXPERIENCE LIKE?
For patient comfort, a topical numbing cream is applied to the injection areas. Once numb, Sculptra is injected into the target areas and massaged thoroughly into the face.
WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS WITH SCULPTRA?
Redness and swelling can occur immediately after an injection, and generally resolve within hours to a few days. Small bumps around the treatment area may also occur and are usually not visible. If caution is not taken, local infections of the injection site may occur.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER THE TREATMENT?
As with many injectable aesthetic treatments, you can expect some swelling and bruising at the injection sites. A critical part of this care will be for you to massage the treated areas for five minutes, five times a day for five days. These massages are important to ensure even distribution and optimal results. To help ensure safe and optimal results, it is important that you comply with all aftercare instructions provided by your Medical Practitioner.
VITAMIN IV
HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED AN IV?
The need for an IV would be determined by your rapidity of wanting to feel well. We offer elective infusions to prevent and replace deficiencies, in addition to treating non-urgent conditions. Our Medical Providers can work with you to assess your goals and conditions so you can decide if this treatment option is right for you.
WHO SHOULD NOT GET AN IV VITAMIN INFUSION?
If you retain fluids, have CHF, liver, kidney problems, or suffer from certain health conditions, you should not engage in nutrient IV Therapy. We always recommend that you check with your primary care physician if you're unsure. However, anyone with a healthy history can safely obtain its benefits.
DOES GETTING AN IV INFUSION HURT?
Our staff is highly trained and does their utmost to make each experience as comfortable as possible.
HOW LONG DOES GETTING AN IV TAKE?
A typical IV bag takes about 30-60 minutes to complete.
HOW SOON DO I FEEL THE EFFECTS?
While this can vary per person, the vitamin boost is typically felt within hours and can last up to a week. Duration of the effect is impacted by factors such as activity levels, e.g. an athlete is going to deplete vitamins stored more quickly than a more sedentary person.
WHEN SHOULD I GET AN IV VERSUS A VITAMIN SHOT?
IV infusions are great when you need a higher volume or hydration in addition to the vitamin replacement or a targeted treatment. The volume of vitamin replacement is what makes the IV fluids ideal, as you can only inject so much into a muscle comfortably. That said, in the event someone has poor venous access or simply doesn't have the time to receive a full infusion, a vitamin shot can get the job done. Both options bypass the GI tract with maximal delivery.
