I am the founder and co-owner of Sela Medical & Holistic spa, my background is rooted in expertise and passion. Coming from a family of holistic healers, I absorbed generationally passed down knowledge of many modalities of healing that I have enhanced through my further training as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Aesthetician, Certified Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner and Sound and Vibration Therapist.

I am intuitively drawn to living a holistic life in alignment with mother earth. Learning, growing and healing naturally from the plentiful bounty nature provides. I deeply believe in the idea of utilizing herbs and other natural resources to provide nourish based healing. I am captivated with the possibilities of not just healing the pains of the body, but also healing difficult emotions and traumas of the mind as well as life experiences we all endure.

I am passionate in supporting people find the root cause of their health issues, in letting go of pain and suffering, replacing that with the nourishment needed to embrace all potential transformations of their lives through utilizing their own healing capabilities. My main focus is female reproductive health, skin health and body mind soul alignment. I believe that healing might not seem easy but with the right tools, support and effort the possibilities of our natural abilities are endless.
